Whenever you work with a new company, there are questions that come up about how you do business and what your procedures are. Here is what you can expect with JMR.

Your JMR team

If we are doing nurture marketing (email marketing, direct mail or social media) for your business, you will most likely have a group of 3 people working with you. You'll have someone who designs the strategy for your nurture program and does any writing that might be needed, a virtual assistant, and a graphic designer. Your primary contact will be either the strategist or the virtual assistant.

If we are doing public relations for you, you will work directly with a public relations expert. You may also have a virtual assistant on your team.

If we are doing any other type of marketing for you, your primary contact will be the marketing strategist.

Billing

We bill in quarter hour increments. Each member of our team bills at a different rate.

You will receive an invoice at the beginning of the month for work that was done in the previous month. Payment is due by the end of the month. If a payment is late, work will stop until we receive your check.

Other details

  • Everyone who works on your marketing is a highly experienced freelancer. We are responsible for 1099s where appropriate.

  • We have a short letter agreement we use with our clients, which includes an NDA. We will ask you to sign that agreement before the initial project.

  • If you want anyone to sign your NDA in addition to ours we will be happy to do that.
